The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (“GFSC”) issues the below statement regarding ZUBR Exchange Limited (“ZUBR”):

 ZUBR was previously authorised by the GFSC to offer distributed ledger technology services.

 The GFSC cancelled ZUBR’s Part 7 permission on 29 December 2022. The effect of this cancellation is that ZUBR no longer has GFSC authorisation to conduct any regulated activities from or within Gibraltar. At the time of cancellation, ZUBR did not have any customers.
