The GFSC has informed, via the Cross-border Platform of Collaboration on Elite Insurance Company Limited, the host national supervisory authorities that Elite Insurance Company Limited has decided to cease writing new business in the EU.

The EIOPA Cross-border Platform of Collaboration has been set up under the aegis of the Decision on the collaboration of the insurance supervisory authorities of 30 January 2017.
