The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) is issuing a consumer alert regarding Saxton International, its website https://saxtonint.com and its email address “info@saxtonint.com”. 

Saxton International is purporting to be a Gibraltar based financial services business offering investment services. The provision of investment products and services is a regulated activity, requiring authorisation from the GFSC.

Saxton International is not regulated in Gibraltar, not authorised by the GFSC, nor is any application in its name pending for authorisation. Furthermore, there are no active companies registered in Gibraltar with the name of Saxton International.

How to protect yourself

The GFSC strongly advises consumers to liaise with financial companies which are authorised by the GFSC and can be found on the GFSC's Regulated Entities Register. If a company does not appear on the Register but claims it does, contact the GFSC Regulatory Investigations team on +350 222 59050.
