The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (“GFSC”) is issuing a consumer alert regarding the “Globix Platform” or “Globix Cash” operated by Miracle World Ventures Limited. 

Miracle World Ventures Limited is a company registered in the British Virgin Islands and is not authorised by the GFSC to offer any regulated activities in Gibraltar nor are any applications pending authorisation. 

How to protect yourself

The GFSC strongly advises consumers to liaise with financial companies which are authorised by the GFSC and can be found on the GFSC's Regulated Entities Register. If a company does not appear on the Register but claims it does, contact the GFSC Regulatory Investigations team on +350 222 59050.
