Mr Caetano will provide the Board with significant international banking experience.

“I am delighted to be joining the Board of the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission and I look forward to fulfilling my role in the best interests of Gibraltar.

Dr Jonathan Spencer, Chairman of the GFSC added: “I am very pleased to welcome Mr Caetano to the GFSC Board. The whole organisation is looking forward to the expertise and insight he will bring during his term of office and is an excellent replacement for Mr Blight.”
