Please note that complete applications for a Class XVI (PPSC) licence and approval of the scheme(s) they control and complete applications for a Class XVII (PA) licence, must be submitted to the GFSC on or before 4th July 2017, as is stated in the Financial Services (Pensions) Regulations 2017.
A complete application consists of the following:
- Application Fees
- Application Form
- Detailed Business Plan
- Financial projections
- Profit and loss account
- Balance sheet
- Financial Returns
- Individual Questionnaire (for each individual holding a notifiable position)
- Body Corporate Questionnaire (for each entity holding a notifiable position)
Applications submitted that do not include all of the above will not be considered complete applications.
In respect of applications for a Class XVI (PPSC) licence, please be advised that where firms do not submit a complete application by 4th July 2017, by process of law the interim PPSC licence will cease to have effect as from 5th July 2017 and any schemes approved under the licence will no longer be approved.

Requests for further time to submit an application
It is important that applicants are aware that the Financial Services (Pensions) Regulations 2017 do not provide the GFSC with a discretion to extend the submission deadline beyond 4th July 2017.
