The Commission has applied to become a
signatory to the International Organisation of Securities Commissions
Organisation (IOSCO) Multilateral Memorandum of Association (MMOU). The
implementation of the MMOU is the first global information-sharing
arrangement among securities regulators. The aim of the MMOU is to enhance
enforcement capabilities and secure compliance with securities laws of the
members' jurisdictions.
The FSC has already been accepted as a B signatory to the MMoU and will
continue to seek A signatory status shortly.
The FSC will shortly be seeking to sign the International Association of Insurance Supervisors MMoU
