If you are a client of Gibland Secretarial
Services Limited and/or Cabor Trustees Limited, we would be grateful if
you would follow the procedure set out below immediately in order that
the company management services or professional trusteeship being
provided to you by these companies may be transferred to another
licensed entity at the earliest possible opportunity.

We are happy to proceed with the transfer of the company to the new company managers upon receipt of scanned copies of the Letter(s) of Instruction provided we receive from the relevant persons an undertaking to provide the originals to us within 14 days.
In the case of a requested strike-off:
In addition to requesting the transfer of your company there are available alternative options if the Company is no longer required as it has no assets, liabilities or debts. In these instances you may provide us with your written request that Gibland seek the strike off of the company for a fee of £250 which includes the necessary payment to the Companies Registry. A letter of undertaking would be required stipulating that this is the course of action you wish Gibland to take on your behalf and you will also need to confirm that the company has no assets, debts or liabilities. A specimen form of letter to this effect has been enclosed for your guidance and Gibland would require your letter to be signed and returned in addition to the strike off fee if this is the chosen course of action.
Gibland would also accept a letter of undertaking from you confirming that Gibland should resign its services which would effectively lead to the Registrar of Companies striking off the company in due course at its discretion. The letter would also be required to confirm that the company has no assets, debts or liabilities. A specimen form of letter to this effect has been enclosed for your guidance and Gibland would require your letter to be signed and returned as soon as possible.
