This form enables your views to reach the FSC in a confidential and, if you wish, anonymous manner. The comments made will be reviewed and, where possible, improvements to our systems will be identified and effected. It is our intention to publish the issues raised by comments (the identity of those making the comments will remain confidential) and any action we have taken. This is to allow interested parties to see not only the issues themselves, but whether we have taken them on board.
