The Financial Services Commission has today amended a warning to the public regarding Arcadian Investment Group Limited, a Gibraltar registered company.
Following a response received from the company, the FSC has reviewed changes to several pages on the company's website. These now include a statement that "Arcadian Investment Group Ltd is a private closed fund and is not licensed or authorised to make or accept investments from the public or other third parties."
People are able to verify whether a firm is licensed, by checking the "Regulated Entities" section on our website at http://www.fsc.gi/fsclists/categorysearch.asp .
