On the above website it states, “Sigma keeps also a high degree of compliance with the following regulative authorities…”, and then contains a link to, inter alia, the Financial Services Commission’s own website, this could imply that the above entity complies with Gibraltar regulations or has some connection with Gibraltar.
The Commission wishes to advise that Sigma Forex is not licensed, registered or in any way authorised to conduct any financial services business in or from Gibraltar.
The FSC therefore urges the public to exercise appropriate caution in respect of this entity, whilst it continues its investigations.
