On its website, Indigo Futures Limited had until recently claimed that it was "licensed by the FSC". This statement was incorrect.
This Commission has since received assurances from Indigo Futures Limited, which as a proprietary trading company is not required to be licensed or otherwise authorised by this Commission, that its prior claim to be licensed by the FSC was placed on its website in error.
