The Commission has become aware of the activities of the above entity which claims to have an address in Avenida Juan Rein, 15C, Arroyo de la Miel, Malaga, Spain and to be in association with The Castle Trust Group in Gibraltar, the latter being a Gibraltar licensed group of companies.
This entity is not, nor ever has been, licensed by the Commission to undertake any form of regulated business in, on or from within Gibraltar. It is not incorporated in Gibraltar.
The Commission has established that the claimed association between this entity and The Castle Trust Group in Gibraltar or Gibraltar is not genuine.
The entity appears to be offering a scheme involving VAT refunds and the SecretarÃa de Estado de Hacienda in Spain.
Under the circumstances the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding.
