The FSC has recently received confirmation that Transpacific Insurance Corporation, has not renewed its Insurance License, which had been issued by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority and that this license has now been revoked.
Therefore as at 14th February 2007 this company is not Authorised to conduct Insurance business using the Anjouan authority and License of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan.
This licence did not, in any case authorise Transpacific Insurance Corporation to carry on insurance business or insurance mediation in or from within Gibraltar . People are also able to verify whether a firm is licensed in Gibraltar by checking the "Regulated Entities" section on our website.
