The FSC is committed to being an open and transparent regulator. To
achieve this we welcome comments and suggestions by consumers of financial
products, regulated firms, applicants and the general public on issues that
affect you.
This form enables your views to reach the FSC in a confidential and, if
you wish, anonymous manner. The comments made will be reviewed and, where
possible, improvements to our systems will be identified and effected. It is
our intention to publish the issues raised by comments (the identity of
those making the comments will remain confidential) and any action we have
taken. This is to allow interested parties to see not only the issues
themselves, but whether we have taken them on board.

However, leaving your contact details will allow us to seek further
clarification from you on the matters which you may raise.
